  1. What does “Cold Pour” mean?

    We are a Charleston based company that uses a “Cold Pour” method to creat our gourmet pickles.  This means that we do not heat our product at anytime during our process, all other canned pickles are heated at some point.  This means that we do not need to use preservatives, firming agents or food coloring to have a perfect pickle… healthy for you!  We believe that heating the pickle is cooking the pickle and it results in a less than satisfactory pickle.  So you can rest assured we don’t have to add a whole bunch of chemicals to make our pickles taste like, well… pickles.  We do it the natural way, resulting in a clean, bold and flavorful pickle to be used as a snack or in addition to your food creations!
