We see pickles at almost every restaurant - sitting there, alongside the main dish, looking harmless (unless you really don’t like pickles)… Have you ever looked at what’s in that pickle? And our pickling methods are traditional and natural (yes, Grandma would approve). We use a “cold pour” method – which means that because the cucumbers and vinegar are not cooked by heat, they don’t need a whole bunch of preservatives or salt to keep them fresh until they reach your plate.
